Immigration Attorney – Russian Speaking Preferred (San Diego/Remote)
Modern Law Group is seeking a US-licensed attorney with immigration law experience to join our growing practice.
Location: San Diego preferred. We will consider candidates in Los Angeles, Orange County, or Imperial County who can appear in San Diego Immigration Court as needed (approximately 5 appearances per month).
What You'll Do:
- Handle asylum, family-based immigration, removal defense, and business immigration matters
- Serve a primarily Russian-speaking client base
- Work with an established team that includes dedicated paralegals and support staff
Requirements:
- Licensed to practice law in any US jurisdiction
- Immigration law experience (asylum experience strongly preferred)
- Fluent in Russian (required)
