OverviewGreenberg Traurig has an opening in its New Jersey office for a Mid-Level Immigration Attorney. Qualified candidates should have five or more years of experience specifically in business immigration, including extensive experience in I-9 Compliance, DOL, DHS and DOJ audits as well as experience with nonimmigrant (H1B, L-1, TN, O1, etc.) and immigrant visas and PERM applications. Additional requirements include excellent client service and communication skills, case management, productivity, well-developed organizational skills and advanced writing and analytical skills. Experience managing a large client base is a plus.ResponsibilitiesPractice area focused on business immigration, including I-9 Compliance, DOL, DHS and DOJ audits.Manage nonimmigrant (H1B, L-1, TN, O1, etc.) and immigrant visas and PERM applications.Provide excellent client service, strong communication, case management, productivity, organization, and written analysis.Manage a large client base; experience with high-volume work is a plus.QualificationsFive or more years of experience in business immigration.Experience with I-9 compliance and related audits.Excellent writing and analytical skills; strong communication and organizational abilities.Compensation & BenefitsThe Expected Pay Range For This Position Is $140,000-$160,000 per year. Actual pay will be adjusted based on experience, location, and other job-related factors permitted by law. Full-time employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus, health insurance with an optional HSA, short term disability, long term disability, dental insurance, vision care, life insurance, HealthCare and Dependent Care Flexible Spending Accounts, 401K, vacation, sick time, and an employee assistance program.
