Immigration Attorney Requirements & Qualifications

Must have expereince with removal defense, SIJ cases, VAWA petitions, provisional waivers, U visas, family-based adjustment of status applications, and legal representation at orders of supervision and USCIS interviews.
Barred in New York
Strong understanding of legal processes involving visas and case preparation.
Experience managing immigration matters independently.
Proven ability to collaborate effectively with partners and clients.
