Associate Attorney (Litigation-Focused) – Immigration Law

- Appear often in EOIR (San Antonio Immigration Court) and occasionally nationwide
- Attend USCIS interviews in San Antonio
- Attend Houston asylum interviews

This is a fully in-office position for someone who values teamwork, professional growth, and being part of a collaborative, high-functioning environment.

Experience
Experience is not required. The most important qualities are:

What Success Looks Like in This Role
Within your first several months, you will:
- Confidently handle court appearances and interviews
- Create systems to maintain your caseload (ie. no overdue tasks, constant client communication, statute of limitation tasks, etc.)
- Building strong relationships with clients, community, and court personnel
You will be responsible for:
- Managing tasks and deadlines
- Keeping all tasks current and never overdue
- Preparing thoroughly for hearings and interviews
- Completing post-hearing responsibilities:
- Admin work: Notes and case updates, Calendar entries and deadlines, Client follow-up and next steps, Tracking statutes of limitations

Schedule & Compensation
- Schedule: Monday – Friday
- Occasional Saturdays: Approximately every 4–6 weeks
- Salary: $92,000 – $124,000 (depending on experience)
