Role Description
This is an as-needed, Contract Immigration Attorney role to provide remote, as-needed support for overflow immigration matters. This opportunity is intended to establish an ongoing relationship with an attorney who can assist ALG when additional legal support is needed for both employment and family-based immigration matters.
Qualifications
· Experience handling Immigration cases.
· Active license to practice law in at least one U.S. jurisdiction; ability to practice in Texas or willingness to obtain eligibility.
· Excellent legal research, writing, and analytical skills, with attention to detail and strong organizational abilities.
· Demonstrated ability to manage multiple cases, meet deadlines, and communicate clearly and respectfully with diverse clients.
· Commitment to client service, teamwork, and community involvement, aligned with the firm’s values of empathy, dignity, and respect.
