Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Removal Defense Associate Attorney specializing in Immigration, located in Dallas, TX. The Associate Attorney will manage a diverse caseload, provide legal advice and representation, conduct legal research, draft and review legal documents, and represent clients in immigration court, state court or before government agencies such as USCIS. Collaboration with the legal team and effective communication with clients are essential components of this role. Pay range from $100,000-$140,000 based on experience.
Qualifications
- Must have a minimum of 2 years experience in Immigration Law
- Must be bilingual English and Spanish and have excellent writing skills
- Ability to provide sound Legal Advice and represent clients effectively
- Strong Research and analytical skills to support case development
- Skilled in Negotiation to achieve favorable outcomes for clients
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
- Bar admission in any state in US
- Commitment to serving diverse communities and understanding cultural sensitivities
