Overview
A law firm seeks an experienced immigration attorney for an immediate opening in Dallas, TX. The ideal candidate will possess at least five years of substantive USCIS experience, with a strong focus on family-based and humanitarian immigration matters. This role requires sound legal judgment, meticulous case preparation, and reliable deadline management.
Duties
- Manage and prepare complex family-based and humanitarian immigration cases with independence and precision.
- Provide clear, professional communication to clients regarding case status and legal strategies.
- Ensure strict adherence to USCIS deadlines and procedural requirements.
Requirements
- Minimum of five years of substantive experience handling USCIS matters.
- Demonstrated expertise in both family-based and humanitarian immigration law.
- Ability to independently manage a high-volume USCIS caseload.
- Strong legal judgment and organizational skills for deadline management.
Education
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
Certifications
- Active license to practice law in Texas.
Skills

- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is highly preferred.
