Senior Bilingual (English/Spanish) Immigration Attorney

We are a leading immigration law practice specializing in VAWA and T visa cases, and we are seeking a highly skilled immigration attorney to help lead our practice. This role requires expertise in immigration law, particularly as it relates to humanitarian visas, exceptional communication skills, and a commitment to providing outstanding service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Serve as the primary communicator between clients and the firm, providing updates, explaining legal processes, and addressing client inquiries.
Draft legal arguments for Requests for Evidence, Notices of Intent to Deny and I 290bs.
Analyze and review client cases, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in all communications.
Collaborate with attorneys and paralegals to develop and execute case strategies tailored to client’s specific needs.
Draft and review legal documents, correspondence, and case summaries.
Maintain compliance with ethical and professional standards, safeguarding sensitive client information.
Provide culturally competent communication and support to clients in sensitive situations.

Qualifications:

Juris Doctor (JD) degree and active bar membership in any U.S. jurisdiction.
A minimum of 5-7 years of experience in immigration law, specifically in VAWA and humanitarian visa cases.
Strong verbal and written communication skills in both English and Spanish (required).
Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage a high-volume caseload efficiently.
Empathy and cultural sensitivity when working with clients in challenging circumstances.
Proficiency in case management software and legal research tools.
Committed to providing compassionate, client-focused service.

Pay: $250,000.00 - $350,000.00 per year
