National Immigration Law Firm seeks local counsel in Atlanta, GA, for assistance in covering an administrative calendar hearing.
You will recieve paid training (remote), access to a network of accomplished immigration attorneys, and court room experience working on family immigration petitions.
High probability of future hearings on a roling basis.
Required:
- US Bar Admission
- Active EOIR # (immigration court registration number)
- Immigration Law Experience
- Availability to cover onsite hearing in downtown Atlanta
General assignment details:
- Location: Atlanta Immigration Court
- 2-3 hours of paid training, 4-5 hours of billable work for each hearing.
- Duration: strong potential for multiple assignments on an ongoing basis
Compensation:
$65 to $75/hr + parking & mileage
