Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in San Diego, CA, for an Employment-Based Immigration Paralegal. The paralegal will assist with a variety of tasks including preparing and filing legal documents, conducting research on immigration laws and visa requirements, and supporting attorneys in employment-based immigration cases. Additional responsibilities include client communication, ensuring timely submission of documents, and maintaining case files to ensure compliance with legal requirements.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of Immigration Law and expertise in Employment-Based Immigration
- At least three years of experience with employment-based Visas and Legal Document Preparation
- Exceptional organizational and research skills
- Proficiency in written and verbal communication
- Ability to work independently and effectively in an on-site environment
- Paralegal certification or Bachelor's Degree required
