Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position in San Diego, CA, for the role of Immigration Paralegal - Removal Defense. The Immigration Paralegal will assist attorneys by preparing legal documents, managing case files, coordinating client communication, and supporting removal defense and other immigration-related matters. The role also involves in-depth research on immigration issues, ensuring compliance with deadlines, and assisting in visa-related case management.
Qualifications
- Strong foundation in Immigration Law and at least three years of experience with removal defense cases
- Skilled in Legal Document Preparation and case management, with attention to detail
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Fluency in Spanish is required
- Bachelor's degree or paralegal certification required
