Responsibilities

Engagement with employees and hiring managers
Filing LCA’s
Posting LCA Notices
Preparing USCIS online and paper petitions
Engaging employees and managers to provide information regarding H-1B filings.
Preparing PAF’s
Prepare LCA and Approval Notices
Scheduling and meeting with employees and managers.
Respond to RFE’s
Prepare in-house visa petitions for new hires, transfers, extensions, and change of status applications for H-1B, J-1, TN, and E-3 visa holders employed
Analyze complex immigration matters, advise on potential risks and challenges, and resolve issues.
Maintain regulatory compliance with all immigration government agencies including US Citizenship & Immigration Services (USCIS), Department of State (J-1 Program and US Consulates), Department of Homeland Security and Department of Labor.
Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED.
Comprehensive knowledge of US immigration, with minimum 2+ years’ experience.
Experience working with SEVIS, FLAG, and US DHS I-94 Admission Records.
Excellent communication, customer service and problem-solving skills.
Possess high ethical standards.
Advanced skills in MS suite, including Excel, Adobe Acrobat, and SharePoint.
Ability to plan, problem solve, execute, and multi-task with flexibility.
Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
Strong multi-tasking skills while continuing to provide a high level of customer service.

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $35.00 - $50.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
