Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Immigration Paralegal - Litigation, located in Dallas, TX. The role involves assisting attorneys in handling immigration-related legal cases, preparing legal documents, managing case files, and conducting legal research. The candidate will work closely with clients to gather necessary documentation, help with visa applications, and ensure compliance with legal requirements. Additional responsibilities include managing deadlines, maintaining communication with clients, and supporting litigation tasks as needed.
Qualifications
- 5-10 years experience in immigration with at least 3 years experience helping prepare EOIR cases
- Fluent in Spanish (preferred)
- Knowledge and experience in Immigration Law and addressing Immigration Issues
- Expertise in Visas and Legal Document Preparation
- Sound understanding and application of general legal principles and practices
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in managing case files and deadlines
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism
- Proficiency in office software and case management systems
