Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Immigration Paralegal position located in Dallas, TX. The Paralegal will assist with legal document preparation, support attorneys in managing family based immigration cases. Responsibilities include drafting and filing legal documents, maintaining case files, and communicating with clients to gather necessary information. Attention to detail and providing support for immigration-related legal matters are key aspects of this role. Pay scale from $22-$28/hour.
Qualifications
- Knowledge of Immigration Law, Visas, and Immigration Issues
- Experience with Immigration Form Preparation and filing procedures
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Proficiency in legal research tools and Microsoft Office applications
- Previous experience in an immigration law firm is a plus
- Will be responsible for managing a caseload of immigration matters, primarily family based applications
- Bilingual proficiency, particularly in Spanish, is highly desirable
