Responsibilities:
- Support attorneys on complex business immigration cases including H-1B, L-1, PERM labor certifications, and EB classifications
- Use AI-powered tools to prepare petitions, applications, and supporting documentation with exceptional accuracy
- Conduct case research and compliance analysis using advanced legal technology platforms
- Communicate with corporate clients, HR teams, and beneficiaries on case status and requirements
- Review and analyze immigration forms, filing strategies, and documentation for completeness
- Assist with USCIS, Department of Labor, and consular processing matters
- Maintain organized case files and tracking systems using AI-enabled case management tools
What We're Looking For:
- 5+ years of immigration paralegal experience (business immigration strongly preferred)
- Strong knowledge of USCIS forms, procedures, and employment-based immigration categories
