We are looking for a highly organized and experienced immigration paralegal to join our growing team — with experience and knowledge on EOIR matters.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and file EOIR documents including Form EOIR-42A/42B, I-589, I-485, motions, and evidence packets.
- Manage EOIR court deadlines and maintain case calendars.
- Draft declarations, exhibit lists, and indexes of evidence.
- Track and update clients on court hearings, ROPs, and biometrics.
- Assist attorneys with trial preparation including organizing country conditions and exhibits.
- Communicate professionally and empathetically with clients, many of whom have experienced trauma.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client files using Clio and Docketwise.
- Coordinate interpreter scheduling, filings with court, and mailings.
Requirements
- 2-3 years minimum of immigration paralegal experience with a strong focus on removal defense / EOIR cases
- Proficiency with USCIS and EOIR forms and procedures
- Strong writing skills (cover letters, declarations, and motions)
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines with minimal supervision
- High attention to detail and organizational skills
- Bilingual (Spanish/English) strongly preferred
- Experience using legal practice management software (e.g., Clio, Docketwise) a plus
Pay is based on experience and knowledge including using softwares such as Clio and Docketwise.

- Full-time 9am-5pm
- Monday – Friday

Pay: $55,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
