IMMIGRATION SPECIALIST
Our client is a mid-sized Atlanta based law firm with an immediate need for an experienced Business Immigration Specialist (no billable hours).
The ideal candidate for this position will have a minimum of 5 years' experience with business immigration, be detail-oriented and highly analytical with exceptional writing and communication skills. Experience in temporary work visas (including but not limited to L-1A, L-1B, E-2, E-1, H-1B, O-1), PERM labor certifications, immigrant visas (employment-based), consular representation, adjustment of status application and U.S. citizenship.
