Rafael Tirado & Associates is a firm dedicated to the practice of Immigration Law, Corporate Law and Accidents. We offer efficient, prompt and personalized services.

Job Responsibility:

Candidates should have at least 2 years’ experience in customer service. Law firm experience preferred, but not required. The candidate must have the ability to work under pressure, respond quickly to changing demands and be self-motivated with ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

Primary responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:

Answer all phone calls promptly and courteously and take accurate and complete messages.
Assist visitors and announce their arrival by immediately notifying appropriate personnel.
Escort or direct visitors and clients to conference rooms as appropriate.
Monitor visitors and vendors for security purposes and understand security procedures.
Represent the Firm’s professional image by maintaining a neat and organized appearance at the reception desk and surrounding areas.
Maintain conference room and administration calendars.
Follow up Leads
Prepare Records for clients and other team members
Keeps clients informed by providing follow-up calls, letters or emails frequently.

Required skills and abilities:

Organizational Skills
Deal professionally with both internal and external clients on all levels.
Communicate clearly and professionally with all lawyers, other employees and visitors to the office.
Must be able to effectively solve problems.
Basic computer skills (Outlook, Word and Excel).
Maintain confidentiality and demonstrate mature behavior and judgment in dealing with delicate situations.

High school degree

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour
