Part-Time Immigration Attorney / Consultant (E2 Visa Specialist)

Our clients primarily consist of non-US citizens interested in obtaining E2 visas to invest in and own franchises across the country. We seek a knowledgeable and motivated Immigration Attorney to join our team on a part-time or consulting basis to assist with E2 visa filings and help generate mutual client referrals.
Role Overview:
As our Immigration Attorney Consultant, you will provide expert legal guidance and hands-on assistance with preparing and filing E2 visa applications for our clients. You will collaborate closely with our consulting team to ensure clients receive seamless support throughout the immigration process. Additionally, you will play a key role in generating and receiving client referrals related to business ownership immigration.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide legal consultation and support to clients seeking E2 visas for franchise ownership in the USA
- Prepare, review, and file E2 visa applications in compliance with USCIS requirements
- Advise clients on eligibility, documentation, and the overall immigration process
- Collaborate with franchise consultants to streamline client onboarding and visa processing
- Develop and maintain a referral network to receive relevant client leads and refer clients back to the consulting firm
- Stay up to date with relevant immigration laws, policies, and best practices related to E2 visas
Qualifications:
- Licensed and experienced Immigration Attorney in good standing
- Proven expertise in handling E2 visa cases and knowledge of investor immigration law
- Strong communication and client service skills
- Ability to work independently and on a flexible part-time or consulting basis
- Familiarity with franchise business models and investor requirements is a plus
Compensation:
- Competitive hourly or project-based pay, negotiable based on experience and engagement scope
