Coral Gables area law firm seeks an immigration paralegal. Full-time employment, Monday-Friday.
Job Requirements:
- Bilingual (English/Spanish)
- Strong research and writing skills
- Detail oriented when preparing filings and support letters
- Must be able to manage a large caseload, handling assignments from various attorneys
- Maintain client communication in a professional and timely manner
- Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills
- Preferred familiarity with various form types, including I-140, I-129, I-539
- Preferred experience documenting employment-based cases, specifically L-1, E-2, EB-1, EB-2, EB-3
- Preferred experience documenting family-based petitions
