We are excited to announce the opening of new offices in Poland, marking an important step in our firm’s strategic expansion across Central and Eastern Europe.
The role:
As a Senior Manager at Fragomen, you will play a pivotal role in the strategic and operational management of client relationships within the Polish practice. Working closely with senior leadership. you will be responsible for overseeing client service delivery, leading key practice initiatives, managing staff, and supporting the growth and development of the practice in alignment with the firm’s global business objectives. As this is a newly established practice, the role will also involve shaping and embedding the foundational structures for long-term success.
What your day will look like:
Practice Management & Strategic Frameworks:
Support leadership in setting up the operational and strategic foundations of the Poland practice
Develop and implement key internal processes, policies, and client protocols to support efficient and consistent delivery
Define and embed best practices across the practice in line with the broader goals of the firm
Collaborate with firm leadership on setting strategic goals, revenue targets, resource planning, and client growth initiatives
Client Relationship Management:
Act as the day-to-day lead for managing client relationships, ensuring the delivery of a high-quality, professional service, and maintain clear, consistent communication.
Collaborate with senior leadership to strategically manage accounts and develop tailored solutions to enhance client experience and service offerings
Act as the primary liaison between clients and internal teams ensuring expectations are met and service delivery remains aligned with client objectives.
Serve as a subject matter expert on immigration processes, legal framework, and client delivery best practices
Represent the firm in client presentations, business development initiatives, or industry events, strengthening Fragomen’s brand and client trust
Team Leadership & Operational Oversight:
Supervise and support staff within the Polish practice, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration and continuous improvement and adherence to agreed best practices
Oversee core operational functions including billings, workflow and capacity management, and quality control.
Allocate work within the team, monitor progress, and ensure timely client focused service delivery.
Provide regular coaching, mentoring, and performance feedback to staff to support individual growth and team development.
Practice Development & Strategic Initiatives:
Business Development:
Proactively identify new business opportunities and support the acquisition of new clients in collaboration with leadership.
Develop and maintain strong client and industry networks to support the growth and visibility of the practice
Reporting & Performance Monitoring:
Report on team performance, project delivery, and strategic objectives
Support continuous improvement by implementing feedback and process enhancements
Conduct 1:1s and development planning sessions with Managers and high-potential staff to support career growth.
Lead or support performance reviews, internal training initiatives, and succession planning within the team.

What we are looking for:
Essential criteria:
Proven experience in immigration law or professional services, with a strong track record in managing complex client relationships.
Demonstrated leadership skills, with experience supervising teams and overseeing workflow, performance, and service delivery in a high-volume environment.
Strong strategic and commercial mindset, with the ability to identify new business opportunities and support client expansion.
Excellent knowledge of immigration processes, compliance frameworks, and policy developments relevant to the Polish context.
Confident communicator with outstanding verbal and written communication skills, including experience leading client meetings, briefings, or workshops.
Highly organised, proactive, and able to manage competing priorities in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Strong understanding of financial management, including billing, forecasting, and revenue oversight.
Comfortable using business systems and driving process efficiency and adherence to firm standards.
Preferred skills:
Exposure to multi-jurisdictional client delivery and cross-border project management.
Familiarity with HR policies, performance management frameworks, and employee development planning.
Knowledge of data privacy and compliance best practices in the context of legal or immigration services.
Active participation in responsible business, or cultural initiatives within a firm or professional environment.

What to expect:
