We are excited to announce the opening of new offices in Poland, marking an important step in our firm’s strategic expansion across Central and Eastern Europe.
As an Assistant Manager, youwilloversee daily operations of a team of consultants and senior consultants.You will be responsible for managing performance, ensuring compliance with internal processes and external regulations, and driving operational excellence across your team.
This includes, but is not limited to, allocating work within the team, monitoring workflows, day-to-day liaison with clients, strategic oversight of complex applications, sign-off on case strategies as well as final content of the bundle.You willact as the go-to source of technical expertise, offering guidance and support to the team members and contributing to the development of the practice.
This is also a client-facing role with the opportunity to work closely with a broad range of corporate clients, including large multinational companies. You will support the onboarding of new clients, manage initial relationships, and work to build trust through the delivery of responsive, high-quality service.
You will be supportedbyManagers as well as administrative professionalsfor your day-to-day caseload. In addition, you will have the opportunity to engage in business development and contribute to firm-wide initiatives.
What your day will look like:
Overseeing daily team operations, ensuring consistent service delivery and compliance
Actingas the key point of contact on client accounts, providing legal and strategic guidance
Effectively managing relationships with client contacts and maintaining a high standard of professionalism, legal expertise and efficiency in all communications
Serving as technical expert and escalation pointfor day-to-day queries fromteammembers
Conducting legal research on complex technical issues and formulate tailored solutions
Identifying strategic opportunities for clients and collaboratingwith managers on execution
Creating and refiningclient protocols and implementing service improvements
Collaborating with clients while understanding their business, objectives and needs
Serving as a mentor and leader, providing training and support to junior colleagues
Contributing to business development and participating in wider firm initiatives

The successful applicant for this role will have Polish Inbound immigration experience, however you do not need to be a Polish-qualified lawyer. The ideal candidate will be a Polish Subject Matter Expert on corporate immigration matters and will be proactive and highly organised with a strong client-facing background. You will have people management experience, having overseen a team to ensure a consistent and first-class service is offered. You will have experience managing a varied portfolio of clients and a strong background in process management and operational efficiencies.
