We are excited to announce the opening of new offices in Poland, marking an important step in our firm’s strategic expansion across Central and Eastern Europe.
As a Manager, you will play a key role in overseeing case management, casework, billing, client relationships, and strategic initiatives. You will be responsible for ensuring high standards of client service, operational efficiency, and financial management while working collaboratively with your peers, junior team members and senior leadership.
This role requires a strong ability to interpret data, identify areas for improvement, and implement solutions to enhance both team performance and client outcomes. This role is ideal for an individual with strong legal expertise and technical knowledge, commercial acumen, and leadership skills, looking to take on a proactive role in managing both people and processes within a dynamic and growing team. The successful candidate will demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving skills, commercial awareness with a strategic mindset, be adaptable and willing to drive change and improvement and demonstrate an ability to work under pressure whilst maintaining excellent client service and high-quality outputs.
What your day will look like:
Foster collaboration with Senior Management to drive team success, share insights, and align on strategies
Manage team members, fostering professional development and skills growth
Create a safe environment where team members feel supported and empowered to raise questions, share challenges, or seek feedback
Conduct regular work in progressreviews to ensure case progress, timely updatesand accurate billing aligned with client agreement
Proactively support team to manage cases with clear milestones, ensuring efficient pipeline management and addressing potential bottlenecks,ensure that the team can focus on their tasks without unnecessary delays, ultimately improving performance and delivery
Review and analyse financialdata to ensure accuracy, identify trends, efficiencies, manage budget expectations and provide strategic updates to the team
Take a proactive role in strategic account management, enhancing service delivery and identifying operational efficiencies
Build and maintain strong client relationships through clear communication and a commitment to exceptional service
Continuously identify and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and client outcomes
Use data-driven insights to guide team and client decisions on case strategies
Contribute to business development initiatives, including content creation, networking, and cross-selling services
Stay updated on legal developments and industry trends, contributing to internal training and knowledge-sharing initiatives
Lead and manage the effective allocation of work, monitor performance, provide guidance, and ensure team productivity

The successful applicant for this role will have Polish Inbound immigration experience, either through being a Polish-qualified lawyer or through your professional experience. The ideal candidate will be a Polish Subject Matter Expert on corporate immigration matters and will be proactive and highly organized with a strong client-facing background. You will have people management experience, having overseen a team to ensure a consistent and first-class service is offered. You will have experience managing a varied portfolio of clients and a strong background in process management and operational efficiencies.
Proven experience in managing a high-volume, complex caseload and ensuring deadlines are met while maintaining the highest standards of service
Extensive people management experience, leading teams to meet business needs and deliver results in a fast-paced environment
Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask, prioritise, and manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines for both you and your team
A proactive approach to process improvements, enhancing operational efficiencies and driving continuous improvement within the team
The ability to build and maintain strong client relationships and ensure seamless service delivery
Attention to detail and a high level of productivity in managing client expectations and cases
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex matters clearly to clients and internal teams
A can-do attitude, contributing positively to the work environment and collaborating effectively with team members and external stakeholders
Flexibility and initiative in your approach, adapting to changing priorities and taking ownership of challenges
