Our Austin, Texas office has an opportunity for a skilled data analyst to join their expanding Immigration team!
The successful candidate must reside proximate to Austin or Dallas and this position may be remote or hybrid.
Summary of Position:
Working with a team of specialized immigration attorneys, the Data Analyst will use systems and establish practices for the local immigration practice group for effective revenue cycle management, data integrity, administration and client information management. Run, analyze, interpret, and prepare detailed data reports pertaining to immigration related processes and cases. The candidate must be detail-oriented and should enjoy working with people and performing advanced technical analyses. Works under supervision, with some degree of latitude to solve problems.
Essential Functions:

Optimize business processes through high performing databases, advanced excel, logic test and query languages.

Process initiation requests by entering and creating cases in Zoom system. Process incoming documents and requests in order to update expiration and priority dates, and the physical file. Process file closures when appropriate.

Analyze information received about immigration cases and create model reports for use in case management.

Establishes and enforces data integrity guidelines in immigration files and systems and makes corrections to files as necessary; provides feedback to team members to ensure that data integrity is maintained.

Evaluate prior and current practices to independently develop new reporting and analysis methods.

Contribute to an immigration team by providing general systems assistance and training for team mates.
Requirements:
- Associates or Bachelor’s degree from an accredited two or four-year college/university in a related field

3+ years of experience in a similar position with similar duties

Must be able to perform at an advanced level in Outlook Word, Excel (VBA macros and merging tables), and a document management system within a reasonable training period

Must be able to operate a multi-line phone, fax, copier and scanner

SmartSheet experience.

Zoom experience a plus.
