Graham Adair is a boutique immigration law firm focused on employment based immigration. We are looking to hire immigration paralegals with a minimum of 1 year of employment based immigration experience for positions in our Austin, Texas office. We are specifically seeking those with experience in Nonimmigrant Visa processing (H-1B, L-1, TN). Graham Adair has offices in Austin, Texas; San Jose, California; and Salt Lake City, Utah. Responsibilities
- Assist in document collection and management for immigration cases.
- Support attorneys in preparing and filing immigration petitions and applications.
- Communicate with clients to gather necessary information and provide updates on case progress.
- Utilize writing skills to draft legal documents and correspondence.
- Stay updated on immigration laws and regulations to ensure compliance in all cases.
