Paralegals are key members of the legal team, responsible for preparing, organizing, and managing immigration filings across various case types. Although this position will initially focus on H-2A or H-2B petitions, it may grow into a cross-functional role involving other immigration processes such as TN, PERM, and H-1 B. This role is ideal for a business immigration paralegal with transferrable skills who thrives in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.
This position is remote (or hybrid for Austin-based candidates) and will report to the Paralegal Manager assigned to the applicable case type.
