We are looking to hire immigration paralegals with a minimum of 1 year of employment based immigration experience for positions in our Austin, Texas office. We are specifically seeking those with experience in Nonimmigrant Visa processing (H-1B, L-1, TN). Graham Adair has offices in Austin, Texas; San Jose, California; and Salt Lake City, Utah. Responsibilities

Assist in document collection and management for immigration cases.
Support attorneys in preparing and filing immigration petitions and applications.
Communicate with clients to gather necessary information and provide updates on case progress.
Utilize writing skills to draft legal documents and correspondence.
Stay updated on immigration laws and regulations to ensure compliance in all cases.
