We are seeking a dedicated Sales Manager to lead and optimize the pre-signing client support process and teams. This role will be ultimately responsible for overseeing the Receptionist, Intake, Contracts, and Consultations teams, ensuring they meet and exceed KPIs. The Sales Manager will work closely with the Director of Sales and Marketing and the Senior Consultations Attorney to set company goals, deliver exceptional support to potential clients, and provide ongoing training and development for team members.

Responsibilities
Below are some of the responsibilities a Sales Manager is expected to undertake in their position:
· Oversee the Reception, Intake, Contracts and Consults teams’ day to day management, including but not limited to: recruiting, training, developing team members; setting team KPIs and ensuring KPIs are met that align with company objectives; team reporting; troubleshooting and escalating any customer concerns or issues
· Find and implement innovative strategies to cultivate a high-energy, goal-driven work culture in a fully virtual environment
· Provide coaching, mentorship, and training to enhance team performance
· Implement or adjust incentive programs, bonuses, and rewards to drive performance
· Support Director of Sales and Marketing team with client initiatives, promotions and reporting;
· Create and maintain all scripts for sales teams, making updates as needed for various promotions, legal updates and changes
· Handle escalated communication with potential clients
· Leverage Client Relationship Management tool for efficiencies for the team and accurate reporting for leadership
· Track sales performance, analyze data, and generate reports to make data-driven recommendations to leadership with insights on costs, competitors, and supply and demand indicators
· Partner with Operations team to ensure proper workflows and efficiencies are maintained to optimize the sales process
· Provide back-up support across the Sales teams as needed during busy seasons
· Additional projects and responsibilities as assigned
Job Qualifications and Skill Sets
Below are the qualifications that are expected of a sales manager:
· Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience within sales and/or legal environment
· Bilingual in Spanish and English; strong understanding of immigrant and/or Hispanic customer base; Strong written and verbal communication skills in Spanish and English
· Proven experience managing a sales team meeting and exceeding a company’s annual sales targets
· Strong understanding of sales metrics, forecasting, and data analysis
· Preference for past experience in the immigration space with strong working knowledge of visas, the immigration system and process, etc.
· Preference for experience in Zoho CRM, RingCentral, MyCase and Microsoft
· Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
· Flexibility and the ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment
· For this virtual position, we will provide a laptop with access to the necessary systems, but in order to best operate these systems, you will need reliable access to internet speed of at least 10-50MB

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $55,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
