Job Summary
We are seeking a knowledgeable and dedicated Immigration Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of immigration laws and processes, providing expert guidance to clients navigating complex immigration matters. This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple cases efficiently. The Immigration Consultant will work closely with clients to assess their needs and develop tailored strategies for their immigration goals.
Responsibilities
- Provide expert advice on immigration laws, policies, and procedures to clients.
- Assist clients in preparing and submitting immigration applications and petitions.
- Conduct thorough assessments of client eligibility for various immigration options.
- Stay updated on changes in immigration legislation and policies.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and case progress.
- Collaborate with legal teams to ensure compliance with all relevant regulations.
- Educate clients on the immigration process, timelines, and required documentation.
- Manage multiple cases simultaneously while ensuring timely follow-up and resolution.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as an Immigration Consultant or in a related field.
- Strong knowledge of immigration processes and regulations.
- Familiarity with software systems such as Dayforce, Kronos, UltiPro, PeopleSoft, or Oracle is preferred.
- Experience in human resources or employee relations is a plus.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Strong project management skills to oversee client cases from start to finish.
- Knowledge of OSHA regulations is beneficial but not required.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact effectively with diverse populations.
- A detail-oriented approach with a commitment to providing high-quality service.
