- Total Compensation Package: Staring at $120,000 annually based on experience , which includes bonuses and increases based on surpassing revenue goals and meeting KPIs.

Responsibilities Include
- Client Management: Nurturing and developing client relationships, ensuring precise and consistent communication, managing expectations, and anticipating needs, all while maintaining a steadfast focus on the quality of service.
- Case Management: Ensuring efficient case management and expedient case processing while adhering to high-quality standards and timely filings.
- Legal Representation: Developing strategies, performing thorough research, crafting outstanding legal briefs, and representing clients zealously before immigration agencies.
- Team Collaboration: Working closely with team members to manage caseloads, delegate effectively using technology, and contribute to the firm's goals in line with KPIs.

Key Requirements
- A valid license to practice law from the highest court of any state.
- Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience with employment-based immigration matters, particularly experience in EB-1 and EB-2 NIW plus other employment-based visas.
- Strong sense of ownership and urgency with every case and every client.
- Proficiency in immigration law procedures and a strong research background.
- Exceptional interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and within a team, meeting deadlines under pressure.
