Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Immigration Caseworker to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in social work and a passion for helping individuals and families navigate complex systems. As an Immigration Caseworker, you will provide support, advocacy, and resources to clients facing various challenges during different steps of a wide variety of immigration cases.

Responsibilities
- Help lawyer in preparing immigration applications
- Maintain contact with clients via phone, email and in person
- Perform general duties, including photocopying, faxing, and filing
- Assist with data entry and maintaining electronic and paper records
- Must speak English and Portuguese.

Experience
- Knowledge of law office procedures is a plus
- Strong proofreading skills to ensure accuracy in written communication
- Familiarity with computerized systems such as Google and Microsoft suites
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills, personal, verbal and written

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: From $16.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 per week

Schedule:

8 hour shift /1 hour lunck break
Monday to Friday
