IBP Immigration Law is entering a new phase of strategic growth and seeks an accomplished Business Immigration Attorney to lead complex EB-1, EB-2 NIW, and other employment visa matters for researchers, entrepreneurs, executives, and other highly skilled professionals. This position combines meaningful casework with the opportunity to influence firm processes and mentor legal staff.

Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Case Leadership: Direct a selective docket of EB-1A, EB-2 NIW, and related employment-based matters (O-1, H-1B, L-1, E-2). Formulate case strategies, draft briefs, oversee evidence development, and represent clients before USCIS and other agencies.
- Client Partnership: Serve as primary counsel to a sophisticated clientele. Provide clear timelines, manage expectations, and maintain meticulous communication throughout each engagement.
- Team Management: Supervise and develop paralegals and case managers. Establish productivity KPIs, implement quality-control protocols, and ensure timely filings.
- Process Improvement & Advocacy: Identify workflow enhancements that reduce RFE rates and improve turnaround times. Contribute to the firm’s thought leadership through articles, speaking engagements, and, where appropriate, media commentary.
Work Arrangement
- Hybrid: Core work is remote, but you’ll join us in the Orlando office 2-3 days most weeks for client meetings, collaboration, and case sign-offs.

Must-Have Qualifications
- Admission to the bar of at least one U.S. state or territory.
- Minimum Two (2) years concentrated experience in employment-based immigration, with a demonstrable record of success in EB-1 and EB-2 NIW petitions.
- Proven experience supervising legal support staff and managing performance metrics.
- Exceptional legal research, writing, and analytical skills; impeccable attention to detail.
- Proficiency with case-management systems (e.g., Lawmatics, Docketwise).
- Portuguese proficiency is a plus but not required.
