Looking for Paralegal/Legal Assistants for our busy office in Orange, Ca. Must be bilingual in English and Spanish. Two years of experience in immigration law is a plus but not required. Immigration Paralegals:
1. Coordinate with Attorney's to assist with filings and immigration trial preparation
2. Prepare packages for immigration court filing or appeals filings
3. Assist attorney's with getting documents from clients
4. Prepare packages for immigration court filing or appeals filings
5. Prepare packages of U Visas, VAWA Battered Spouse. I-130 and I-485 including waivers
6. Assist attorney's with getting documents from clients
7. Prepare H1b, E-2, L1A and Perm processing
