Candidate Communication and Issue Resolution: 40%
- Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Address any concerns or queries from candidates related to the recruitment process, job roles, company policies, and other HR-related topics.
Issuing Offer Letters: 20%
- Draft and issue offer letters to selected candidates for various positions within the software consultancy.
- Coordinate with the recruitment team, hiring managers, and legal department to ensure the timely and efficient issuance of offer letters.
- Follow up with candidates to confirm acceptance of the offer and support them in completing any necessary onboarding paperwork.
Immigration Support and Compliance: 40%
- Assist employees with their immigration-related needs, including visa applications, work permits, and other related documentation.
- Work closely with legal and immigration teams to ensure that all paperwork and procedures are in compliance with immigration laws and company policies.
- Provide guidance to employees on the immigration process, helping them navigate requirements and timelines.
