Title: Onboarding Coordinator/Specialist

Rate: $27 - $29/hr.

Location: Richardson, TX 75082 (Hybrid)

Duration: 03 months (Potential Extension)

Shift: M-F 8-5pm CST

Hybrid- Need to be willing to come into the office on Tuesdays

Resource's typical working day:

Will be very fast paced. Going to be on a larger scale. High profile client who hires on a larger scale.

Must Have Skills:

Familiar with background checks
Drafting offer letters
Providing new hire support through onboarding
Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple projects
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Attention to detail
Proactive and detail-oriented personality
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines

Prefer to Haves:

Smartsheet experience
Background experience with Accurate
Presentation experience

Years of Experience:

At least 2 years of experience

Education

Degree would be preferred

Software skills:

Must Have: Smartsheet's
Nice to have: HireRight, talent sourcing platform
