We are looking for a purpose-driven Associate Attorney who thrives in a high-performance environment and is committed to delivering meaningful outcomes for clients.

What You’ll Do

Represent clients before USCIS, EOIR, and the BIA
Manage a caseload that includes family-based petitions, humanitarian relief (VAWA, U visas, T Visas, etc.), and removal defense
Prepare and file petitions, motions, briefs, and supporting documentation
Develop case strategies in collaboration with a highly driven legal team
Conduct legal research and resolve complex immigration issues
Maintain the highest standards of client advocacy, professionalism, and ethical practice

What You Bring

J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school and active U.S. Bar license
Minimum of 2 years of immigration law experience
Experience with humanitarian cases and removal defense strongly preferred
Strong legal writing, analytical, and advocacy skills
Excellent communication and client management abilities
Ability to manage a high-volume caseload with precision and accountability
Multilingual skills (Spanish, Haitian Creole, Portuguese) are a strong advantage

Pay: $80,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
