Full-Time Independent Contract Immigration Attorney
A full-time attorney is needed to join our team by a contract of 3 months with the potential of renewal. The ideal candidate should be bar-certified, bilingual Spanish- English. Must also have experience with:

-Appeal of Deportation Order
-FOIA
-TPS
Responsibilities
- Draft legal documents, including petitions, applications, and briefs related to immigration cases.
- Provide legal advice and representation to clients in immigration matters.
Pay: 18,000-24,000 per contract
Schedule: Monday to Friday
9 AM to 5 PM
Experience: Immigration: 2 years (Preferred)
Work Location: In person
