We are a busy, high-volume immigration law firm seeking an experienced, highly organized, and detail-oriented Immigration Paralegal to join our team.
Our practice handles a wide range of immigration matters, including family-based immigration, removal defense and litigation, humanitarian relief, consular processing, and other complex immigration matters. This is a fast-paced environment where priorities can shift quickly and team members are expected to take ownership of their cases, meet deadlines, communicate effectively with clients, and work closely with attorneys and staff. Employment-based immigration experience is a plus.
This position is best suited for someone who is resourceful, proactive, comfortable managing a significant caseload, and able to work independently while knowing when to ask questions or escalate an issue. Immigration experience is important, but so are judgment, follow-through, attention to detail, and the ability to stay organized under pressure.
The Immigration Paralegal will assist attorneys with case preparation, filings, client communications, document review, legal research, and case management. We are looking for someone who takes pride in their work, understands the importance of deadlines and accuracy, and is committed to providing strong support to both our attorneys and our clients.
Applicants who reside near the 33161 ZIP code are strongly encouraged to apply, as proximity can help with commuting and timely in-office collaboration; however, this is not a strict requirement.

Skills & Qualifications
- Prior immigration law experience strongly preferred, particularly with family-based immigration, removal defense, humanitarian filings, and consular processing.
- Ability to manage multiple cases, competing deadlines, and changing priorities without losing attention to detail.

- Experience with immigration case management systems such as CampLegal, LawLogix, Docketwise, or similar platforms.
- Strong legal writing and drafting skills.
- Excellent proofreading and document-review skills.
