Immigration Associate Attorney (2-5 Years)

A nationally respected law firm is seeking an Immigration Associate Attorney with 2-5 years of employment-based immigration experience to join its growing team in either Austin or Dallas.
The ideal candidate will have experience handling a broad range of business immigration matters, including H-1B, PERM, I-140, Adjustment of Status (AOS), L-1, and TN petitions. PERM experience is required.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary legal contact for corporate clients.
- Advise clients on employment-based immigration strategies and compliance matters.
- Review employment-based immigration petitions and applications prepared by paralegals.
- Draft legal support letters and responses to Requests for Evidence (RFEs).
- Lead client meetings, status calls, and strategic planning discussions.
- Prepare and review filings submitted to USCIS.
Qualifications
- J.D. from an accredited law school.
- Active bar admission in at least one U.S. jurisdiction.
- 3-5 years of employment-based immigration experience.
- Required experience with PERM labor certifications.
- Strong knowledge of H-1B, I-140, AOS, L-1, and TN matters.
- Excellent research, writing, communication, and client counseling skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary range: $125,000 - $145,000
