Job Title: Immigration Specialist

Location: Texas (On-site)

Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and knowledgeable Immigration Specialist to join our team in Texas. The ideal candidate will manage employment-based immigration processes, ensure compliance with U.S. immigration laws, and provide exceptional support to employees, candidates, hiring managers, and legal counsel. This role requires strong organizational skills, the ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously, and experience with various visa and work authorization processes.

Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end employment-based immigration cases, including H-1B, L-1, TN, E-3, O-1, PERM, I-140, I-485, and other visa categories.
Coordinate with immigration attorneys, HR teams, and employees throughout the immigration lifecycle.
Track case progress, maintain accurate records, and ensure timely filing of petitions and supporting documentation.
Advise employees and managers on visa eligibility, work authorization, travel requirements, and immigration policies.
Monitor visa expiration dates and ensure timely renewals and extensions.
Ensure compliance with U.S. immigration regulations, Department of Labor (DOL), USCIS, and other applicable federal requirements.
Maintain confidential employee immigration records and prepare reports as needed.
Support audits and internal compliance initiatives related to immigration documentation.
Stay current with changes in U.S. immigration laws and communicate updates to relevant stakeholders.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Legal Studies, or a related field.
2+ years of experience in employment-based immigration or global mobility.
Strong knowledge of USCIS regulations, DOL requirements, and U.S. employment-based immigration processes.
Experience managing H-1B, PERM, Green Card sponsorship, L-1, TN, E-3, and other employment visa categories.
Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage multiple cases while meeting strict deadlines.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and immigration case management systems.
