We are a boutique law firm located in Houston, TX, comprised of approximately 10-12 attorneys. We are currently seeking a motivated and talented Licensed Immigration Associate Attorney to join our team. The ideal candidate should have 1-2 years of experience in handling both employment and family immigration cases. This position offers a fast-paced environment where you will work directly with the partners at the firm.

Responsibilities:

Handle employment and family immigration cases, providing hands-on experience in all aspects of the process.

Interact with clients, ensuring excellent client service and maintaining effective communication throughout the case.

Manage cases from inception to completion, including drafting legal documents, preparing filings, and representing clients in court when necessary.

Collaborate closely with partners and admin staff to develop case strategies and achieve successful outcomes.

Requirements:

Licensed to practice law.

Excellent references demonstrating professional competence and dedication to the field.

Spanish language proficiency is a plus.

Prior experience as an attorney for at least 2 years, preferably with a focus on employment based immigration law.
