We are seeking a Virginia bar licensed US Attorney with experience in immigration law. This role involves close collaboration with our team to deliver high-quality legal services and client support.

Location:

This is a full-time, in-office position based in our Vienna, VA office.

Skills and Experience:

Licensed to practice law in the US and in good standing with Virginia bar
Removal defense experience is a plus
Spanish fluency is a plus
Strong verbal communication skills
Highly organized with attention to detail, yet able to see the broader perspective
Excellent writing skills, including both technical proficiency and the ability to craft persuasive arguments
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams, etc.), with the ability to quickly learn new software and troubleshoot independently

Compensation: $100,000–$150,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
