Pollak PLLC is looking for an experienced Business Immigration Attorney to join our award-winning boutique firm. We are headquartered in Dallas, TX, with a satellite office in Fort Lauderdale, FL. We specialize in business immigration, family immigration, and investment immigration. Our firm was founded by Karen-Lee Pollak, who emigrated from South Africa to the United States in 1995 and experienced the immigration process firsthand. That personal journey is at the heart of everything we do.
In 2026, Pollak PLLC received the Chambers & Partners Spotlight Award — the only firm in Dallas and one of only three in Texas to earn this recognition. We have also been consistently named Best Lawyers in Dallas by D Magazine and a Texas Super Lawyer for over a decade. These awards evidence the high caliber of legal work our firm is accustomed to providing. We are at an exciting stage of intentional, strategic growth, and we are seeking an attorney who wants to grow with us and be part of something special.
