TEMP TO PERM OPPORTUNITY for our clients Global Mobility Immigration Practice. The anticipated conversion will take place after 90 days of employment.

This is an excellent opportunity to provide support to a high-volume global mobility practice.

Our Global Mobility Practice advises multinational corporations and their employees on the full spectrum of business and personal immigration matters across the globe. We serve as a strategic partner to in-house mobility, HR, and legal teams to help organizations move talent efficiently, compliantly, and with confidence in an increasingly complex and fast-changing regulatory environment.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities:

· Analyze case documents and prepare visa and work permit applications for filing with the appropriate foreign government agency.

· Draft applications and specialized support letters detailing eligibility for visa classification and other immigration benefits.

· Perform first-pass billing reviews before senior review.

· Manage invoices, apostille requests, and vendor follow-ups end-to-end.

· Handle in-person consulate submissions and client courier requests; assemble applications in-office.

· Own weekly updates to the global case status report and INSZoom.

· Develop first-draft correspondence for routine client communications, engagement letters, consultation confirmations, vendor requests, and standard follow-ups for team member review.

· Manage incoming consultation scheduling, intake forms, and engagement letter processing.

· Help build vendor network by completing market research on vendors per country and assisting with business development.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and demonstrated attention to detail.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Strong research skills and ability to analyze entry requirements and policies.

• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

• Meet assigned deadlines and communicates case progress/status/issues to supervisor.

• Demonstrate leadership by taking ownership of assigned cases and demonstrate accountability for case progress.

Experience:

• US business immigration experience or global mobility (immigration) experience.

• Experience serving as a primary point of contact for HR coordinators and foreign nationals, gathering documentation, explaining process steps, and managing expectations on timelines.

Ability to draft and send professional client-facing status updates and document request communications.

• Knowledge of immigration principles and practices, legal terminology and research techniques.

• Familiarity with billing and accounting processes in a law firm environment.

• Exposure to business visa and work permit processes for countries other than the US, such as Canada, Mexico, the UK, or Singapore is a plus. Education
