Gendelberg Law is seeking an experienced Immigration Paralegal to join our immigration law firm, dedicated primarily to affirmative and defensive asylum representation. We are looking for a paralegal who is passionate about helping clients, enjoys litigation and advocacy, and wants to build a long-term career with a firm that values professional growth and rewards hard work.

Qualifications:

✔ Required experience with affirmative and defensive Asylum. Experience with the following is strongly preferred but is not required: fluency in a foreign language, appeals, habeas corpus, vawa, marriage-based immigration, and other humanitarian matters.

Schedule:

This is a full-time in office position, Monday through Friday, 9:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m. Hybrid or remote is not permitted.
