Family Immigration Attorney for Phone Consultations-PRIOR EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

Fast-paced virtual immigration law firm working exclusively with couples going through the US immigration process. To start, your sole job will be to provide consultations to prospective clients by phone. Part-time and possible full-time in future.

MUST HAVE, IN ORDER OF IMPORTANCE:

1. USCIS and Consular Practice Experience with I-130, I-485, I-864, I-134, I-765, I-131, I-129F, DS-160, DS-260.

2. Advanced Computer / Typing and Software Skills;

3. Ability to Speak Clearly in English-(Multilingual A+);

4. Above Average Writing Skills and Detail Oriented; and

5. A Quiet Room in Home With Space for Dual Screens, Printer (all equipment provided), High-Speed Internet, and Strong Connectivity with Mobile Phone.
