Immigration Attorney (Spanish Speaking)

We are a well-established law firm with offices in New York and New Jersey, seeking an experienced Immigration Attorney to join our team. The ideal candidate should have 1-3 years of experience in immigration law, with a focus on asylum, SIJS, family immigration, and/or business immigration. The candidate must also be fluent in either Spanish or Russian.

Responsibilities:

Provide legal representation to clients in all aspects of immigration law, including but not limited to, asylum, SIJS, family immigration, and business immigration.
Prepare and file immigration petitions and applications, including family-based petitions, adjustment of status applications, and employment-based visas.
Represent clients at USCIS interviews, immigration court, and other immigration-related proceedings.
Stay current with changes in immigration law and provide legal advice to clients accordingly.
Communicate regularly with clients and keep them informed about their cases.

Requirements:

JD from an accredited law school
Admission to the New York Bar
1-3 years of experience in immigration law, with a focus on asylum, SIJS, family immigration, and business immigration.
Fluent in either Spanish or Russian
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Strong analytical and research skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
Excellent attention to detail

We offer a competitive salary ranging from $90k to $110k, depending on experience.
