DUTIES
We are looking for an Immigration Attorney (Of Counsel) to take on a steady flow of cases involving:
USCIS
ICE (detained and non-detained)
EOIR removal defense

WHAT YOU WILL DO
Represent clients before USCIS, ICE, and EOIR
Conduct USCIS interviews, including complex matters
Handle detained and non-detained removal defense
Develop legal strategy for asylum, cancellation of removal (42B), waivers, and other relief
Review and sign legal documents
Communicate with clients professionally and compassionately
Present arguments and defenses in court
(Note: Attorneys do not prepare forms, packages, or evidence. Those tasks are handled by our administrative and paralegal team.)

REQUIREMENTS
Juris Doctor (J.D.)
Active Bar License (any U.S. state; Texas preferred for EOIR)
Experience in immigration law, especially EOIR or detained cases (preferred)
Strong communication skills
Spanish fluency required
