An exciting opportunity is available for a Bilingual Immigration Attorney to join a growing humanitarian immigration practice in Houston. This role offers the chance to be part of a new, rapidly expanding platform supported by an established international law firm and experienced investors, while receiving full operational support.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle humanitarian immigration matters, including:
- VAWA petitions
- T Visas
- Asylum applications
- Removal Defense before EOIR
- Develop case strategies and provide legal representation.
- Conduct client consultations and maintain strong client relationships.
- Collaborate with support teams, including intake specialists, paralegals, and customer service staff.
- Represent clients before immigration courts and government agencies.
Qualifications
- Licensed to practice law in Texas.
- Experience with VAWA, T Visas, Asylum, and/or EOIR Removal Defense.
- Fluent in both English and Spanish.
- Entrepreneurial mindset and interest in helping build a growing practice.
- Strong advocacy, communication, and client service skills.
