Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Immigration Paralegal based in the New York City Metropolitan Area. The Immigration Paralegal will be responsible for conducting legal research, preparing and organizing legal documents, and assisting attorneys in handling immigration matters. This includes managing visa applications, assembling cases for submission to government agencies, and liaising with clients to gather essential information.
Qualifications
- Knowledge of Immigration Law and visa processes
- Strong, hands-on experience with legal document drafting and preparation for consulate and stateside E, L, H cases as well as PERM, EB-1 and IV cases
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities
- Proficiency in legal research tools and case management software is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or paralegal certification require
- 5+ years of business immigration paralegal experience
- Fluency in Korean language preferred
